To start, we had,
Michel Arnould Brut Reserve Grand Cru, Pinot Noir, Champagne.
followed by,
Tartar de atún de almadraba con trufa de invierno
Almadraba tuna tartar with winter truffle.

Huevo de campo a baja temperatura con trufa de invierno
Field egg, cooked at low temperature with winter truffle.

Lubina con sémola tibia y bearnesa de mejillones
Seabass with warm semolina and mussel béarnaise.

Confit de pato con patatas fondant y salas de trufa
Confit of duck with fondant potatoes and truffle sauce.

Side dishes were,
Puré de patata y trufa
Potato truffle purée.

Ensalada de espinacas frescas con pera y queso de cabra tibio gratinada
Fresh spinach salad with pear and warm grilled goat's cheese.

The wines we had this evening were,
Parallèle 45 Maison Jaboulet 2018, Grenache, Syrah , Côte du Rhône.

Enate 234 2019, Chardonnay, Somontano.

This, all in an elegant atmosphere with impeccable service and food, from Chef Juanlu Fernández.

The Meal for 2 was €160. The price is acceptable considering the location. The restaurant has a large, pleasant room with a garden. There is also a roof terrace that shares the same environment, separated only by a large window that opens completely.
