IBIZA - SANT CARLES DE PERALTA - SAN CARLOS BAR RESTAURANTE
SAN CARLOS BAR RESTAURANTE During our trip to Ibiza in mid-March, we visited the northeast of the island and stopped by Bar Ca n'Anneta, where I bought a bottle of their famous homemade Herbes de Ca n'Anneta. Herbes de Ca n’Anneta (hierbas ibicencas - Ibizan Herbs) is the traditional herbal liqueur of Ibiza and Formentera, produced on the islands for centuries. It is typically served as a digestif after a meal. This liqueur is infused with a variety of Mediterranean herbs, wh

IBIZA - SANTA EULÀRIA DES RIU - CALÓ DE S'ALGA - KIOSKO SIESTA
CALÓ DE S'ALGA KIOSKO SIESTA The Caló de s’Alga Beach Bar in Siesta is a charming discovery. Located beneath the Grand Hotel Palladium, it’s a hidden gem for anyone staying nearby or vacationing in Santa Eulària. If you are seeking a great place to unwind, this is the perfect spot! Imagine this: a wooden shack with white plastic chairs and tables, while the lively atmosphere of Siesta buzzes behind you. In front, the breathtaking view of the Bay of Santa Eulària and the spark

IBIZA - KIOSKO CALA LLENYA
KIOSKO CALA LLENYA In 2025, we were asked about the status of the chiringuito in Cala Llenya. Previous social media reports had claimed that CBBC had taken it over, but fortunately, this was not the case. Both the Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu and CBBC confirmed that the chiringuito remains independent. As a result, the charm of this beautiful family beach on the island’s east side is preserved for this season. The chiringuito is open again, featuring a new roof! You

There are several expensive, trendy restaurants situated along the long sandy beach. The stunning Hotel Bless, located at one end of the beach, features a one-Michelin-starred restaurant. We decided to go to the opposite end of the beach, to Chiringuito Can Colomaret. Please be aware that they only accept CASH, no credit or debit car

LA CHISMOSA CHIRINGUITO CALA OLIVERA We returned to Cala Olivera to visit the new beach bar, La Chismosa Chiringuito Cala Olivera, which has replaced the previous Hydrogen beach bar that, unfortunately, we did not particularly like. On first impression, La Chismosa Chiringuito Cala Olivera appears much better. It is situated on a stunning little bay that features white sands and overhanging cliffs, providing much-needed shade during the summer months. The crystal-clear water

IBIZA - SANT CARLES DE PERALTA - EL BIGOTES
EL BIGOTES The Fish Shack at Cala Mastella is also known as El Bigotes, which translates to “The Moustache” a nod to the proprietor’s distinctive whiskers.
