The most popular dish is the famous Chuletón Txistu (which is slice raw and you cook yourself on hot plates). Can leave the room smokey if a lot of people have it!

This place is very popular with Madrid footballer's and the cities bullfighters. It is better to sit in the main restaurant rather than the outside covered terrace. Don't come here if you are looking for modern molecular cooking this is traditional old school. The price is around €80pp which is not cheap but the quality is good, with old school stuffy service.
