If you are looking for a great, chilled place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Sant Antoni then head for Hostal La Torre. Set high up on a cliff called the Cap Neget looking out towards the luscious blue Mediterranean about 4 km outside Sant Antoni de Portmany (San Antonio).

The terrace provides a stunning panoramic view of the beautiful surrounding area.

It has a nice courtyard garden area to the rear and a lovely restaurant, with a wonderful terrace which has stunning panoramic views out to sea and the illa sa Conillera where the sun sets directly in front of you to the sound of ambient chill out music where big name DJs sometimes play.

Sunsets are stunning (some of, if not the best you can see on the Island)

The restaurant serves excellent tapas and homemade deserts which can be can be enjoyed while you chill with a mojito, glass of beer, wine or a heirbas (The local liqueur made with Ibicencan herbs).

The sunset terrace can get a little busy at the height of summer, when they limit it to people eating and hostal guests. It is a nice place to eat even if you are not staying at the hostal.
