HOSTAL LA TORRE

If you are looking for a great, chilled place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Sant Antoni, head to Hostal La Torre. It is set high on a cliff called Cap Nde eget, about 4 km outside Sant Antoni de Portmany (San Antonio), looking out towards the luscious blue Mediterranean.

Luscious gardens

The terrace provides a stunning panoramic view of the beautiful surrounding area.

It has a nice courtyard garden area to the rear and a lovely Restaurant with a wonderful terrace offering stunning panoramic views of the sea and the Illa sa Conillera. The sun sets directly before you to ambient chill-out music, and big-name DJs sometimes play.

Sunsets are stunning (some of the best, if not the best, you can see on the Island)

The Restaurant serves excellent tapas and homemade desserts. At the same time, you chill with a mojito, caña, wine, or a hierbas (the local liqueur made with Ibicencan herbs).

An excellent wine list and cocktails.

It's a great spot to spend an evening.

The sunset terrace can get a little busy during summer when it is limited to people eating and hosting guests. However, it is a nice place to eat even if you are not staying at the hostal.
