MIRADOR DE LA VICTORIA
This is a really great restaurant for anyone who enjoys a great view. The way to the restaurant is difficult, and you can only get there in your own car, but it is worth the trek up the winding hairpin road to the level of the Hermitage. Once you are there, just a few steps lead you up to a beautiful outdoor sheltered veranda, with tables laid out covid socially distanced but yet sociable.
Most tables offer a beautiful view of the stunning bay of Pollença, and in the evening, the sunsets there are truly spectacular.
The food is good, simple, rustic, Mallorcan fare served by amiable staff.
Calabacín relleno (stuffed courgettes).

It was just sooo delicious, perfect seasoning and a hint of fresh thyme and piquant slow-cooked tomato sauce, just the proper bite to the Courgette shell.

Conejo parrilla (rabbit cooked on the grill).

The Postres closed the meal with an oomph.
Helado higo (homemade fig and almond ice cream).

Helado higo (homemade fig and almond ice cream).

Tarta Mallorquina con helado de almendras (Mallorcan almond cake with almond ice cream). n

To drink, we had a bottle of Finca Engalia Roble 2019, D.O. Ribera del Duero.

It's almost like you don't want to let the secret out!
