DEESSA One Michelin Star

Quique Dacosta has made his three Michelin Star Restaurant in Dénia a destination venue for over 10 years and has now open at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid so that guests can experience his talents in the Spanish capital.

The restaurant is located in the beautiful and opulent Alfonso XIII room, which overlooks the Ritz Garden.

Diners are invited to taste one of two tasting menus, designed by longtime Dacosta collaborator, Chef Ricard Tobella.

Clásicos de Quique Dacosta, which has dishes from the restaurant in Dénia, and

Contemporáneo QDRITZ, which features the latest gastronomic creations.

Hard-boiled egg. The egg has a asparagus skin and is filled with trout roe and a yolk of beef stock

Gamba Roja de Dénia The red prawn of Dénia, which is cooked in sea water
