IBIZA - SANT JOSEP - CALA DE BOU - ES VIROT RESTAURANTE
ES VIROT RESTAURANTE

Es Virot Ibiza, a restaurant in San Antonio Bay, might sound familiar, as it was located in Port des Torrent for many years, just to the left of the beach. In 2018, the restaurant closed when the CBbC group took over the building and transformed it into Deeva Beach Club. The premises subsequently became Alma Beach Ibiza and are now known as Tigre Morado.

However, this was not the end of Es Virot. The original operators found a new location near Cala de Bou and established the restaurant by 2019.

This venue features a stylish and modern white building with wooden accents that create a warm atmosphere. It is somewhat hidden from the bustling Carrer des Caló, as it is located on a side street behind Hotel Axel Beach.

This hidden gem offers a peaceful, pleasant setting, with a sunny terrace and a beautiful indoor area where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and San Antonio Bay.

The restaurant serves a variety of Spanish and Mediterranean dishes made with high-quality ingredients. We had:
A couple of glasses of cava.

Pan, alioli y aceitunas (bread, alioli and olives).

Gambas al ajillo.

Sizzling garlic prawns.

Solomillo de ternera con foie.

Filet steak with foie gras.

A couple of glasses of Rioja.

Torrija con crema y menta (a traditional dessert made with thick slices of bread soaked in sweetened milk infused with cinnamon and citrus peel, dipped in beaten egg, fried until golden and finished with a mint-infused cream).

They offer a nice selection of pizzas. The pizza bases are made with fermented flour, making them light and easy to digest. You can also create your own with your choice of toppings.
Service was friendly and informative.
