RESTAURANTE BALANDRO
Our friend, Bill Benham, visited this excellent Restaurant in Cádiz, offering a varied and high-quality menu featuring local fish. They serve designer tapas in a modern, hip, and vibrant place.
There is a Restaurant area that requires reservations, as well as a bar area featuring high stools. It does get extremely popular, so get there early (8 pm) if you want a seat at the bar.
Tataki de atún

Ensalada de langostinos and mango

Albondegas de merluza

Gambas blancas

Atún Rojo en salsa

Almejas finas

Calamar de potera

Atún Rojo a la plancha

This was an excellent Restaurant, but the service was somewhat chaotic. We believe our waiter was new, as evidenced by the fact that he thoroughly mixed up our order, with some main courses arriving before some starters.
However, the food was delightful, the atmosphere was great, and the value was excellent.
Including five bottles of decent wine, the total came to around €60 per person for seven people.

I would definitely recommend it.
