Our first restaurant on the trip was

This contemporary decor is the ideal backdrop for chef Sebastien Désestet's market fresh products full of flavour, which is as you would expect in a restaurant with such a name.

Cocktail de champagne, liqueur de poire et poire €6
Mignardises (petit fours)
Duo de foie gras et omble chevalier fumé croustillant aux céréales, chutney de mangue et purée de betteraves (duo of foie gras and crispy smoked arctic char with cereals, mango chutney and beet purée)

Tarte aux agneaux (lamb pie)
Assortiment de fromages (cheese board)
Tiramisu à la châtaigne et whisky, crème de marrons et crème glacée vanille bourbon (chestnut and whiskey tiramisu, chestnut cream and vanilla bourbon ice cream)
