CASA MACA (HOTEL RURAL ES TRULL DE CAN PALAU) UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2022
Hotel Rural Es Trull de Can Palau was taken over by the Mambo Group around 2019 and renamed Casa Maca, so I don't know if the information is correct. I believe they now have a minimum spend policy of €150 per person (to be paid in advance) and limit the table to a maximum of 2.5 hours. Many have complained that it is significantly overpriced. It is still a great venue, but you should be aware of the change. Many people still like it.
IBIZA - CASA MACA (HOTEL RURAL ES TRULL DE CAN PALAU)
Down a bumpy rural Camino, just one km from Eivissa (Ibiza town), the 300-year-old main building of this boutique hotel is at the base of pine-covered hills and surrounded by almond, fig, carob, and fruit trees.

It has been lovingly restored to its original white-walled perfection.

This excellent hotel offers a relaxing countryside location, including breathtaking views of the sea and UNESCO World Heritage-listed Dalt Vila (the old walled town of Ibiza), plus easy access to the island's beaches, clubs and sights.

It boasts two spacious suites and eight stylish double rooms, like stand-alone villas with private gardens. They are all furnished with rustic-chic décor and modern conveniences, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, DVD player, CD player, speakers with an iPod docking station, and a USB port.

Well-manicured garden areas.

There is even a pillow menu to order precisely the pillow you want!

Fully equipped bathroom with power jets.

The restaurant has an open-air terrace with sublime views, even more exquisite and romantic after dark. It is open at lunchtime on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in winter.

Completing the perfection is a gorgeous swimming pool with 360-degree views of the hills and the old town.

A taxi to Eivissa is just a short drive away (approximately €12). You can always book a cab at the reception. Any taxi driver will know where the hotel is located, so you will have no problem travelling to and from it. (Sant Antoni is approx €30).
For breakfast, there is a wide choice of jamon, cheese, toast, fruit, and cooked dishes, all cooked to order. You can also have lunch by the pool, and the staff will set up a table for you.

There are beach towels for the swimming pool, which you can also bring to the beach. The hotel has some bikes, so you can cycle into town or up to the hills behind the hotel to enjoy an even more fantastic view of Eivissa and the Dalt Vila (old town) in the distance.
