This wonderful spot is just outside of Sevilla, situated in a stunning old hacienda.
The hacienda has been completely renovated with beautiful indoor spaces and outside terraces to enjoy this unique gastronomic experience and setting.
It is a place for carnivores, where the amazing meat is from their own livestock that is raised in a natural and ecological way in the Riberas del Guadaíra, a unique and protected natural environment, less than 20 km from Sevilla.
The best animals are selected on the farm in Alcalá de Guadaíra. They live for at least 8 years. After slaughter, the cuts are matured in their own chambers, to achieve meat of the highest quality, at the ideal time to taste the fullness of all its flavour.
In the cold room in the restaurant, you can choose your meat by weight. You may think the price of the meat is high, and of course, it is! but for value for money, it is normal, as all their food is top quality.
We started our meal with, Tablas de queso selectos - apolonio, Añejo reserva y cabra payoya (cheeseboard selection).
Spectacular, croquetas caseras puchero y gambón (homemade croquettes puchero (normally, a type of Spanish pork stew) and prawn).

We chose,
Chuletón la Perdida 120 días de crianza.
Bone-in rib steak La Perdida 120 days of ageing.
Served with patatas y pimientos de Padrón (roast potatoes and Padrón peppers).
For dessert, Coulant de chocolate negro con helado de vainilla (dark chocolate coulant with vanilla ice cream).
We had a bottle of Bodegas Pedro Regalado Canta Perdices 2019 D.O. Ribera del Duero.
The service was friendly and very helpful in a wonderful convivial atmosphere.
