SEVILLA - RESTAURANT CAÑABOTA
RESTAURANT CAÑABOTA

If you are looking for fish, this is the place to go to in Sevilla.
This is a restaurant specialising in fish and seafood, offering both the informal ambience of a tapas bar and the bright appeal of an open-view sushi bar. The superb display cabinet of fish and its charcoal grill are the star attractions.

There is an open plan kitchen, where you will be able to see the fish being prepared and cooked to your preference and method of cooking.

All the seafood comes from local waters near Huelva, which has a very interesting and wide variety of choice.

Be aware, this place, is really a just fish restaurant, so you won’t get side dishes such as potatoes and vegetables.

The Chef, Marcos Nieto, uses the best raw produce, prepared with the utmost attention to detail, for your taste and visual appearance. Great care and attention is taken with all the ingredients.

The atmosphere is modern, chic and clean with friendly chefs speaking English, to help, if your Spanish is poor.
