Sa Brisa Gastro Bar

With entrances on the Passeig de Vara de Rey and Carrer des Caló d’en Reial, this is a new, clean, interesting, lively and comfortable tapas bar.

They serve up an inventive menu, try

Croquetas (served in a visually stunning chandelier like structure, which holds each croqueta and their corresponding sauce in small glass bowls on different levels as though they were expensive jewellery)

Caesar salad (Their own our version of this classic that was invented in Mexico)

Squid with dried fish (films of dried fish flickering curiously, due to their reaction with moisture)

Dried local fish, sundried tomatoes & mozzarella balloon

Shrimp quesadillas with guacamole and annatto

Mini burgers with wagyu beef and Iberian pork cheek

Suckling pig with green apple

Chocolate with fresh berries and basil

Mangula coco, passion fruit, mango and seasonal fruits

Praline crunch white chocolate, williams pear, passion fruit and basil

Good cocktails and wine list.

Service was friendly and informative, which was very helpful due to the quirky nature of the food
