For the cheaper pocket head to Bar Costa in Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera a village in the centre of the island.
There are around 16 restaurants set around the village church in this lovely spot with a vibrant hippy feel where it's a great place to while a few hours away in the interesting little shops and nooks and crannies.
On a Sunday there is likely to be a church procession.
And locals and tourists attending the Sunday service.
On the way from Eivissa to Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera, for those who wish to dress up in a sophisticated atmosphere, a night out at Restaurnate Ama Lur (this means "Mother Earth" in Basque) is a must.
Once you enter the restaurant you will be embraced by Basque decorations for the interior with sophisticated Mediterranean accents, who are simple but it also says that the place is delicate.
The two dining rooms and the romantic garden, are decorated in the same style and most of the people who come here enjoy this classic setting, the place being full every evening.
